Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please give me, your stylist, as much notice as possible, at least 24 hours to avoid a non refundable cancellation fee of 50% of original booked service. Due to the nature of our booking we must have a policy in place for no showing, cancelling under 24 hours and being more than 15 minutes late. We understand that life happens, exceptions can be made, but when this happens stylists are also left with a large unpaid gap in our schedule that we may not be able to fill if you cancel last minute or do not show up. Please understand our policy is set for healthy boundaries and be respectful of our stylists schedule when you set your appointments.
